By accessing www.khaleejcareers.com, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you disagree, refrain from using the Website. Khaleej Careers Pte Limited (“Khaleej Careers” or “Company”) may update these Terms anytime. Users must review them periodically. The Company may suspend or terminate access for violations.
1. Eligibility
Users must be 18+ years old and legally authorized to comply with these Terms.
2. Use of Website Content
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access content for personal, non-commercial use. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or display is prohibited.
3. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:

- Apply/post on behalf of others.
- Post duplicate or misleading listings.
- Request personal/financial details from users.

Employers must verify Do Not Disturb (DND) status before contacting candidates.
6. Account Security
Users are responsible for their account credentials. Unauthorized access must be reported immediately. Khaleej Careers is not liable for unauthorized account use.
Prohibited actions:
- Sharing login details.
- Using multiple accounts to bypass restrictions.
- Allowing unauthorized access to paid services.
7. User Content & Submissions
Users are responsible for their content (resumes, job listings, messages). By posting, they grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it.
Prohibited content includes:
- Hate speech, discrimination, spam, misleading job ads.
- Pornographic or unlawful material.
The Company may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts violating these rules.
8. Additional Terms for Employers
Employers must:
- Post legitimate job listings in compliance with laws.
- Avoid discriminatory hiring practices.
Khaleej Careers is not responsible for hiring decisions.
Job Posting Policy
- Job postings originate from clients and publicly available sources.
- The Company does not modify or verify authenticity.
- Requests for removal will be processed within 48 hours.
The Company reserves the right to remove non-compliant job postings.
9. Resume Database Use (For Employers)
Employers must use resume data solely for hiring and comply with data privacy laws.
Prohibited activities:
- Selling or promoting services to job seekers.
- Unsolicited contact outside recruitment.
The Company may limit access to the database at its discretion.
10. Additional Terms for Job Seekers
Job seekers must provide accurate details. They acknowledge that:
- Their resume is searchable by recruiters.
- They can modify or delete job search preferences.
- Inactive accounts may be removed.
11. Data Privacy & SMS Alerts
By subscribing, users consent to receiving job alerts via SMS/email.
12. Professional Networking
For Job Seekers:
- Control profile visibility: Public, Limited, or Private.
- Must use the network for career-related purposes only.
For Recruiters:
- Must provide accurate information and avoid misleading content.
- Employer-managed recruiters must notify Khaleej Careers of personnel changes.
For Employers:
- Employers are responsible for managing recruiter authorizations.
13. Terms for Startup Services
This platform facilitates networking between startups, mentors, incubators, accelerators, and investors.
- Users must not post misleading or illegal content.
- Khaleej Careers does not verify claims or transactions.
- The Company reserves the right to remove violating accounts.
14. Mobile Services
Using the Website on mobile may result in carrier charges. Users must update their mobile number if changed or deactivated.
15. Private Resume Database Hosting
Customers using private hosting are responsible for their own privacy policies.
16. Express Consent & Acknowledgment
Users acknowledge that:
- Resumes in the database are searchable by recruiters.
- Third parties may copy resumes, leading to unsolicited contact.
- Employers must use candidate data strictly for recruitment.
17. Copyright Infringement Notification
If your copyrighted work is used without authorization, submit a written complaint with:
- Your signature (electronic or physical).
- Details of the copyrighted work and infringement.
- Infringing material’s location (URL or reference).
- Your contact information.
- A statement of good faith belief.
- A declaration under penalty of perjury.
