Rig Operations (Cooper 2500 HP & Hong Hua 3000 HP) Projects: Central Island (UZ750), Hail & Ghasha – ADNOC. Conducted troubleshooting and periodic maintenance of all Electrical and Instrumentation systems across high-capacity rigs. Hands-on experience with BENTEC and AKER Top Drive systems, NOV Iron Roughneck, RIGSERVE systems, and OEM AC Drives. Handled commissioning, maintenance, calibration of field instruments: Pressure, temperature, level, and flow sensors/meters; Proximity sensors; H₂S & hydrocarbon detectors; smoke/fire systems; Solenoid valves, CCTV & control panels. Certified WMS performer. Prepared ADNOC Permit to Work (PTW) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA); led pre-job safety meetings to ensure compliance and safety. Supervised and safeguarded all Electrical and Instrumentation systems during rig moves. Played a key role in major rig maintenance operations for Cooper and Hong Hua rigs; conducted inspections alongside project consultants.

Instrument Calibration of Temperature Metrology, Pressure Metrology, Time Metrology, Speed Metrology, Mass Metrology, Dimension Metrology. Prepared and maintained reports and certificates regarding calibration. Provide cost-saving techniques. Coordinate with suppliers regarding instrument purchase. Ensure completion for testing and calibration of all installed instruments according to the planner.
